Once your referral has been received, I will contact you to schedule your first appointment.
DEEP Assessment/Evaluation ($475.00):
An Assessment/Evaluation consists of 2-4 Sessions, and includes a concerned person interview. This is an out of pocket expense as insurances do not pay for evaluations. The fee is to be paid in full before the first appointment is scheduled.
